8-PAGE MAILER


The 8-Page Mailer is an 8.5 x 11 Full Color Mailer with 8 full pages of TYM tractor models and featured dealer information. This mailer is bounded and folded to a 8.5x5x5 self mailer. Dealer's can customize the mailer with their logo, their company information, their financing and special offers as well as pick and choose which TYM model tractors that they want to feature.

The ONLINE portal allows a dealer to customize the template and approve their artwork directly. You can upload your logo, enter your information and finalize your proof online. Once the mailer is approved, we will enter it into the postal system for delivery. After the mailer has been mailed out, we will submit all of the co-op documentation for proof of run directly to TYM. We will handle the entire process for you. All you have to do is sign up and pay your monthly payments. It is as easy as that!

Mailing List - We will pull a mailing list based on your designated service area around your location. Qualifiers are homeowners, single family dwellings, householed income of $100,000 plus and acreage of land of 2+ for the smaller compact models up to 20 or 50 acres for the larger models if you choose to feature them in your mailer. We can modify the qualifiers based on your desired tractor models and customer base.

We will target the Spring Mailer to hit the mailboxes by March 1st. That means we will need approval on your artwork the first week of January to allow for printing and postal delivery.

IP ADDRESS DIGITAL AD CAMPAIGN


What is IP Address Digital Marketing? Based on the mailing list that we order for your direct mail program, we will then cross reference that mailing list with the list of available IP addresses associated with the physical mailing address. Thise is typically garners anywhere from an 80 to 95% match on the list. Once the match to the IP address is made, we will then target digital ads to anyone that logs onto the IP address for that household. So essentially, a consumer that receives a physcial direct mailer from you that owns acreage of land and meets all of the criterias for the mailer will ALSO be served digital banner ads when they are online doing searches and visiting a variety of website categories. We will serve these consumers ads based on impressions. Everytime an ad appears on a consumers screen or phone, that is considered an impression. The goal is to get as many eyeballs or impressions to that consumer as we can to get your business and the TYM brand on their top of mind awareness.

This is a TWO month campaign that will run in conjunction with your mailer.

GEOFENCING CAMPAIGN


What is a Geofencing Digital Ad Campaign? Today, everyone has their cell phones on them 24/7 when they are traveling or shopping. The geofencing digital ad campaign uses that mobile phone to trigger consumers that physically visits designated locations. Within a 20 to 50 mile radius of your location, there are probably a minimum of 5 or more Tractor Stores that are your competitors and selling a different brand of tractor than you are. We identify those locations and put an imaginary "Fence" around their store. When a consumer visits that store, it triggers or "pings" that consumers cell phones which then allows us to serve the consumer digital ads for TYM and your store. If a consumer is visiting another tractor store, then its very likely that they are the right target market. This is a sniper approach to marketing becuase we know you are targeting the right person.

The Geofencing campaign serves digital banner ads to consumers that have visited the designated locations. An impression is everytime an ad is delivered onto that consumers screen. So when a consumer is searching on their phone for various targeted keywords or visiting different websites that are part of the ad delivery network, we serve them TYM branded ads featuring your business and your specials for why they should choose TYM over the other brands.

This is a THREE month campaign that will run in conjuction with the 8-page mailer and the two month IP address marketing campaign. Campaign will run March, April and May.

SPECIAL PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR THIS PLAN


The FANTASTIC PLAN offers fantastic payment options and a fantastic alternative to the way traditional co-op works. Co-op traditional works like this. A dealer that has 50/50 coop would sign up for a $5,000 media plan for example. The dealer pays the vendor $5,000. The dealer would then deal with co-op requirements to make sure their ads are approved, then they would need to get all the required co-op proofs of runs and then they would need to fill out all of the paperwok and submit everything to TYM and hope that the entire process is approved so that they could be credited back 50% of the cost of the media or $2500. In the meantime, the dealer is out $5,000 in cash flow to run their campaign.

With this special program, TYM is changing the rules to your benefit. TYM will pay upfront for the 50% portion of the program. The dealer will only be billed for THEIR portion. So in this case $2,500. But wait there is more! In addition to only being billed for half of the cost of the package, Mach One Media Group as partners with TYM is offering up to 3 monthly payments for that portion. So now, you can get the $5,000 plan for only 3 payments of $834. We are lowering the barrier to using your co-op dollars and making it affordable to advertise all while providing a turn-key program and doing all of the work for you. We want to make it easy to do business with!
